1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Beacon Hill Garage, located at Beacon Hill Rd, Beacon Hill, Hindhead GU26 6NL. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Service Agreement

a. Beacon Hill Garage will provide automotive repair, maintenance, and related services professionally and promptly.

b. Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle and any known issues.

c. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is unsafe to work on or if repairs exceed reasonable expectations.

3. Pricing and Payments

a. Estimates are provided in advance where possible and may change if extra work is needed.

b. A deposit may be required for certain work. Full payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

c. Accepted payments: cash, card, or bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.

d. Late payments may incur extra charges, interest, or legal fees if necessary.

4. Parts and Materials

a. We use high-quality parts unless otherwise requested by the customer.

b. Special parts may require a non-refundable deposit. Removed parts will be disposed of unless requested otherwise in advance.

5. Warranty

a. Labour and parts carry a warranty as explained before work begins.

b. Warranty is void if the vehicle is misused, involved in an accident, repaired elsewhere without our consent, or not properly maintained.

c. Wear and tear or unrelated faults are not covered.

6. Vehicle Storage and Collection

a. Vehicles should be collected within 48 hours of work completion unless agreed otherwise.

b. Storage fees may apply for uncollected vehicles.

c. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables beforehand.

7. Liability

a. We use reasonable care but are not liable for unforeseen damage, loss, or injury.

b. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or unrelated issues arising later.

c. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Customer Responsibilities

a. Customers must provide accurate details and report issues honestly.

b. Additional work must be authorised by the customer.

c. Customers must arrange vehicle drop-off and collection.

d. Any complaints must be reported within 7 days of work completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Beacon Hill Garage may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately once published on our website or notified to customers.
